For me, real estate has always been personal. Before I was helping clients navigate major life transitions, I was navigating my own — raising a family, building roots in Kenmore, and learning firsthand what “home” really means. My journey into real estate wasn’t planned, but it was natural. Because for me, it’s never just about houses. It’s about people, community, and creating a place to belong.
I didn’t just land in real estate — I grew into it.
Long before I was pricing homes and writing contracts, I was the full-time CEO of the Bushnell household, raising two kids just twenty months apart. Those years of managing chaos, snack negotiations, and “just one more show” pleas taught me patience, strategy, and the art of staying calm when things get hectic — all skills I now use daily in real estate.
Today, those same kids are thriving young adults. My daughter is at Grand Canyon University, and my son is making his mark at Western Washington University. I’m officially in my empty-nester era — more coffee, more time with my rescue pup Ollie, and a little extra room in my schedule to serve my clients and community even more deeply.
My track record includes:
Homes prepped and launched that sold in under 48 hours — up to $250K over asking
Negotiating $1M+ for a property others said wouldn’t sell for $700K (featured in the Bellingham Herald)
Nearly $30M in closed sales in under four years, with an average sale price of $983,500
From pricing and prep to powerful negotiation, I manage every detail with intention, transparency, and care. And with every sale, I give back — donating a portion of my commission to local animal shelters. Without rescue organizations, I wouldn’t have Ollie by my side, and giving back through each transaction keeps that gratitude front and center.
